I came here looking for help and answers. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I had neither. I brought my 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage in because my check-engine light came on and I was experiencing an intermittent hesitation/acceleration problem. I specifically asked that the relevant systems and sensors be tested because I wanted to understand what was actually causing the problem before agreeing to a major repair. I was ultimately presented with a recommended repair costing over $1,700 plus tax, but I was not given the actual diagnostic test results I was asking for to demonstrate that this repair had been confirmed as the cause of my problem. That’s incredibly frustrating when you’re being asked to spend that kind of money. I also approved the initial A/C service because this is Texas, and August is the hottest time of the year. A functioning A/C isn’t exactly optional when you’re driving around in this heat. I was trying to take care of the things that needed to be taken care of while I had vacation time from work. I paid $334.19, but I left without the actual problem being resolved or with the diagnostic answers I came there looking for. And now I’m back at work, with very limit

My car AC wasn’t working properly so I came in today to get it fixed. Everyone there was really nice, explained everything in a way we understood, and let us know if we had any questions they are willing to answer them. They estimated it would take until closing to have everything fixed but it was done sooner. The price was a little less than what they originally quoted, which is always good. My car AC works very well now.

Joey Nguyen was the CSA that helped me. Great service from the beginning. Joey was very kind and got me a shuttle to and from home, which I was in need of on both occasions. He gave me a call and told me in detail what the technician found wrong on the car. I initially went for an alignment check, but I knew something was off with the suspension. I need to say, there was more things wrong than I further expected. I have an older car and I had given her this amount of love ever since. She needs the repair and Joey’s master mechanic definitely managed to get all that was needed taken care of. On top of that, Joey got me excellent coupons and discount to help with repairs. Warranty is good so if I have any issues they can easily take care of it. I really appreciate the attention and great attention to detail Joey and the mechanics gave to my vehicle. I strongly recommend their services they are very knowledgeable and their expertise will definitely show. They are very honest and caring and tailor to your needs. I am definitely going back for further issues in the future.

Sun Auto has been very good to me!. I have been going to them for at least a few years now and they have never disappointed! I've even gotten multiple people on to using them as well. Over the last couple of years, they have done a lot of work on my car and really thought for me with my warranty. Most recently, I worked with Craig and Joey who both took great care of both my car and my mom's car. They are honest, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I've never felt pressure from them, and they are very considerate of ranking what is most important and what are things that can be held off. I even called them the Discount Tire of General mechanics, because their customer service is stellar!
